German equipment from Valtor Systems: An automated full-cycle air duct production line using TDF V technology with automatic sealant injection. A CNC laser cutting machine with an accuracy of 0.02 mm.

Types of air ducts:

Rectangular air ducts with an integrated TDF V flange, class C air tightness according to the European standard Eurovent 2.2. Fittings with an integrated TDF V flange. Spiral-wound air ducts up to a diameter of 1500 mm. Welded smoke exhaust ducts.

Differentiation from competitors

Linear production eliminates errors and human error. The plant’s capacity is up to 4,000 m² per shift.

Air duct production complies with TU 36-736-78, as well as current GOST and SNiP standards for ventilation and air conditioning systems.
